Trainer work/ giving courses

I have been a lecturer for more than 4 years. I have given courses on different subjects such as UX/UI, Photoshop, and HTML and CSS. The courses are mostly practical and I am a big believer in having practical exercises with students. The teacher will mentor and guide the student through the process.

The company educate on different subjects to Estonian customers with good reputation. My assignment has been to educating UX/UI design, HTML and CSS coding course and UX / UI / Photoshop. The students are from different age groups from 22 to 60 years with different backgrounds.

My cooperation with Aurora has been a good and exciting experience and personally, giving me a hands-on practical use of my skills from my own education in coding and UX/UI Design.

The Process

Having a lecture for each student twice a week, the focus is mostly on the practical side. To give each student twice a week, the focus is mostly on the practical parts with a slideshow, etc. But the other half of the lessons is dedicated to practicing the skills, for example, creating a prototype in Figma.
